We´ve spent a lovely weekend on the tiny island of Armona where there are no cars or trains, only the sound of your ears ringing from the complete silence in the air, a total recharge I have to say. It is also “Trust a Dietitian week” with lots of activities happening around the UK, if you are reading this, you are already in the right place!. I am off to London tomorrow for a couple of days for meetings and networking, I am really looking forward to it.
This week´s news is a little heavy on the epigenetics side, but you have to admit that it is just too pretty darn interesting not to focus on it. So grab your cuppa and beach chair and enjoy reading this week updates!
